Workflow for Resume Review
Sharing the steps here for your easy reference:
Resume AI-Tool to help you build CVs ATS compatible
- No Grammatical or Spelling mistakes
- Resume points should start with Action verb
- Resume points should be quantitatively defined, and quantitative value should be in the beginning 1/3rd of the resume point sentence.
- Resume point length should not be too long or too short
- Resume points should be in active voice
- Sentiment of your resume points should be either positive or neutral.
- Resume points should be objective and not open to subjective interpretations.

We encourage all of you to use this feature and share your feedback so that the tech team can make further improvisations based on the inputs and feedback shared by all of you.
In the initial stages, you might be able to submit your resume anyway ignoring the AI results. However, we recommend that you work on the resume based on the AI results and try to get it passed through it.
Some quick tips to help you update your Linkedin profile
- Add About me section highlighting years of exp, industries you have worked upon
- Mention your KRAs in the work exp you have had in industry across different companies
- Engage more with PM content on LinkedIn which shows up in your activity section of your profile.

- Resume short-listing and interviews are in progress with companies like Field Assist, Traxcon, VamsGlobal, Bajaj Capital, Times Internet, PaiseBazar, Vaimo, Infosys, Wipro, Infinity, Airtel, Chingaari among others.
Placement support at PL

- Please ensure that your Resume is aligned with the Resume Formatting Standards published in the Perfect Fit course: https://truemerit.io/courses/the-perfect-fit-in-your-career/lessons/assignment-resume/
- The reviewer mentor will take action on your entry typically within 48-72 hrs of submission. The feedback shall be shared by the mentor in text format or audio recording
- After submitting this form, look out for the email notifications with the updates on the process and the status of your submission
- Do not re-submit this form till the workflow ends for the first submission
- Once the PL mentor has reverted with his feedback, please make the required changes and submit the revised document
- Please note: The maximum time allocated for the Learner to make the changes and make the revised submission is 72 hrs from the receipt of feedback from the mentor. You are expected to adhere to this time line to continue with the seamless placement support process.
In some cases, wherever required, PL Success team may connect the Learner with the reviewer mentor over a call on Truemerit but that will be decided once 2 reviews have already been conducted in the Workflow.

It is strongly recommended to schedule career support calls with various industry mentors on True merit at least twice a month for guidance for career roadmap guidance, gap analysis, interview preparation, mocks, and retro discussions.
