The role of Application Support Engineer is a critical one that spans across e-commerce, Banking-Finance, Education domain customer projects.
Clairvoyant is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy, and definition and execution of the product roadmap as well as lead all aspects of product line success. This particular role focuses on various aspects of one of our client’s ecommerce sites, including web analytics, user account settings and site navigation. It is essential to be able to get an in depth understanding of client’s customers and how the representation of the products will help them find and create products best suited to their needs. This position will be based in India and report into the Commerce Site team in Redwood City, California, USA.
3-5 years of product management experience
Product management experience with physical goods and/or consumer web applications and service sites such as photo, shopping, community and social networking/ e-commerce
Passion for bringing innovative new products to market
Motivated, dynamic, creative and results-oriented
Ability to collaborate actively & effectively with multidisciplinary teams and present your work clearly and comfortably in a variety of settings
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Serve as product owner, leader, and motivator on cross-functional teams for new and existing products.
Develop requirements, drive prioritization of features and tradeoffs, write feature specifications, develop a well-groomed backlog, and work closely with engineering, user experience, operations, customer marketing, customer service, and finance to guide feature implementation and ensure that product goals are met.
Champion the needs of the customer and business stakeholders.
Collect and analyze key site and business metrics and use this data to support the prioritizing and definition of project initiatives, as well as determine successful deployment and adoption of products.
Recommend and champion new projects, and support roadmap planning. Collaborate strongly with cross-functional management to successfully get new project ideas on the roadmap.
Anticipate and resolve resource gaps, obstacles, and timing issues. Ensure efficient use of company resources cross-functionally. Drive innovation at the project level with considerable business impact.
