We provide enterprises with a Software Platform that allows them to create Interactive Guides or Flows that sit as an overlay inside any web application. Flows are Contextual – appear based on where you are in the application (location) and who you are (role). Optimal performance and adoption of any web application is attained when there is easy access to Contextual Information – inside the application at the time a task is being performed.
We are looking for stellar Product Manager to come on board.
From where we come, we believe a Product Manager is the person responsible for the success of a product. Product Management straddles the fence between UX, technology, and business.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for our Products end to end. The key focus for this role is about Why and What to build. To succeed in this role, you need to be outstanding in at least one of these things and know how to get the best out of people across all three disciplines.
The Product Management team works closely with our engineers to guide products from conception to launch. You should have a bias towards action and can break down complex problems. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the core of Whatfix’s engine.
What do you get to do?
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Create buy-ins for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact
Drive product launches including working with PR team, R&D, design, sales & marketing
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Represent the company by interacting with customers to solicit feedback
Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors
Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results
What you need to have/ bring to the table:
3-6 years experience as a Product Manager for a B2B Saas company(preferably)
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
Market knowledge of B2B Internet-related industries
